Welcome to ChaList. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ChaList, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You agree to our Privacy Policy

The Service

ChaList allows you to:

• Send daily challenges to friends
• Complete tasks together for streak rewards
• Earn and purchase in-app coins
• Share completion photos with friends

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Not sharing your account with others

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit content that violates intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to disrupt the Service (DDoS, hacking, exploits)
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Use bots or automated tools

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

In-App Purchases (Coins)

ChaList offers consumable in-app purchases (“Coins”):

• 50 coins (Tier 1)
• 250 coins (Tier 2)
• 600 coins (Tier 3)
• 1,250 coins (Tier 4)

Refund Policy:

• All purchases are processed via Apple App Store
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their terms
• We do not provide direct refunds
• Refunded purchases will reverse the coin grant in our system

Coin Usage:

• Coins are consumed when accepting challenges (15 coins per challenge)
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts
• Unused coins are forfeited upon account deletion

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, but grant ChaList a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the app
• Share content with friends per app functionality
• Process content for technical operations (resizing, format conversion)

We do NOT use your content for advertising, training AI, or commercial purposes.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100%. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party outages (Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat)

We are not liable for losses due to Service unavailability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Privacy → Delete Account).

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHALIST AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
